I, the applicant, acknowledge and agree that the value of the loan and the payment terms are subject to assessment and approval by Cede Capital. The loan value and payment terms will only be valid when the loan application amount has been approved by Cede Capital.
I, the applicant, give permission to Cede Capital to obtain any information deemed necessary, from any source whatsoever (within the law), to assess this application.
I acknowledge that the approval of this application by Cede Capital is subject to my employer agreeing to a direct payroll deduction to settle the loan amount and all fees and charges, in full on the agreed payment date.
